From the mounting dock, to the locking attachments, to the little charging cord holder, this thing is loaded with bonus features beyond the bagged part. Using this for hardwood floors and carpets in the same session, the button to turn off the brush rollers is so handy. Everything about this has been designed very well. Being a Miele owner for 10+years, i have come to appreciate the design of good vacuums. I like how the brush roller is fully removable from the cassette for cleaning. I like that it comes with an add on handle which is great for tall people. It shows the battery level during operation. It has a turbo mode for increased power. It arrived charged. Cj miller had it out to me in a few days. Great product.

Fantastic Service, Fantastic Vacuum

Have held out on purchasing a cordless stick vacuum due to almost all brands being bagless (having to wash filters, empty dusty containers - no thanks!), and horrible long-term reviews (mostly on Dyson stick vacs). After some more research, looking specifically for a bagged stick vacuum, came across the Henry Quick brand, and the CJ Miller company since Henry Quick is based out of the UK. After my research was complete, gave CJ Miller a phone call to verify that the company was legit. The lady that answered the phone was super helpful answering all my questions. I purchased immediately after the call, it was shipped same day, and arrived within 2 days. In a world where it seems like grifting and scams are the norm and interacting with people becomes a ‘project’ in itself - mistakes, no attention to detail - it was a breath of fresh air dealing with CJ Miller. Also, have been using my Henry Quick for about a week and a half - it’s a dream! I’m hopeful for the longevity as it it was a large investment to make, but love that it fits the bill for me (bagged and cordless!).
