First off, I want it clear that Premium Home Source is the BEST, this review is for the product and not for their exceptional customer service team, you all rock! However, this disconnect switch just isn’t my jam. Nothing wrong with the box, but the whip and particularly the fittings are atrocious. It took numerous times to shove and twist and hope before I became only mildly confident that it would hold together. Honestly I think there are better products out there in a bin at Home Depot for around the same price. Again, PHS is absolutely awesome, just get a different appliance whip :)
