I really should of consulted with my doctor first. I wasn't sure if It was working. Then by the 2nd patch I started to get brain zaps.pretty noticeable. I believe because I already was on a antidepressant? Followed with bouts of diarrhea which is due to the copper in the patch. .So with all that going on I wasn't the best candidate to see what this product was really doing for me.
