A perfect staple green
I use arugula for salads, but I also use it to add a bitter component to round out the “flavor five“ when I’m creating recipes. It goes particularly well with chicken, when you introduce Parmesan cheese and lemon. Super flavor balance. It should be one of the greens that is always in your farm stand.

Great plants! Herbs and Lettuce
I ordered 12 new plants (different lettuce types and herbs). Picking a fresh mix for our salads everyday makes me so happy! I know exactly what I am eating. The stand also looks amazing it is a beautiful green for my deck.
