The underwear works in terms of containing flow ! However, it is much too warm to feel like I can wear it in my day-to-day, moving around and sweating. It is not breathable enough, so I only can wear them at night on my period.

I live in the US and have tried every brand of period underwear. I use period underwear because I have heavy vaginal discharge due to the birth control I use.
