These work great and I'm able to wear them during heavy workouts. They're not too bulky. The thinner material on the sides helps them from running too hot. I live in a hot humid area so this is really important.

Great for cycling

I was really worried about how I was going to manage my period while cycling since I've had issues before with a pad. These underwear are great and comfortable for physical activity! Very breathable dry quickly after washing.
