Cuckoo is the best rice cooker! I was using another brand of rice cooker, but I had a lot of problems and the rice turned yellow and hard, so I switched back to Cuckoo.

It impresses me that there are no PFAS in the cooking pot. Rice, quinoa, and millet that I’ve cooked in this have come out perfect. The newer inside lid fastener is an improvement my previous model’s, (CRP-JHR0609F), push button. I also noticed the absence of the spring loaded tiny rods on my previous model, (CRP-JHR0609F), that tended to stick in retracted after cooking. The company informed me that the primary source of the diisononyl phthalate on the Prop. 65 Warning label on the package was primarily in the power cord and was in nothing in contact with the food.
