Uncomfortable sit. I can feel all the bumps as I ride the bike. When I called customer service they basically said that’s the sit the bike comes with, periods. I’m a healthy 30 year old women who has ride bikes since she was a child and by far I never sat in a more uncomfortable saddle. I would never buy from the brand again. Extremely sad since I don’t make much and I sacrificed to buy one. A waste of money!
