Pannier just OK, customer service sucks

Overpaid for the pannier but it does match bicycle nicely. Button loop clips meant to hold onto rack could’ve been positioned better, to keep from sliding. So I bought the bike, bike fenders & pannier bag. I won’t be buying anything else here. Customer service is atrocious
