I have enjoyed the BASX models for a couple years now and wanted to upgrade to the XPA series, but without the extra space. Was very excited to read about the XPA Compact series. I love my compact version of the XPA as it fits nicely in my rack with my preamp and turntable. However what I enjoy the most is the listening experience. It makes me want to listen more and more for detail in favorite songs that I have missed for generations. At 70 I can still enjoy fine detail. Paired with my XT2 towers they make a great combo.
