This Garlic Jalapeño Olive Oil is a staple in my kitchen. It is spicy. So many uses for this oil - fry potatoes, sauté onions, and on and on. I found this a few years ago and have reordered it many times. This and the Meyer Lemon Oil are my fav's - I use them the most for everyday cooking.
