Grass-Fed & Finished Beef Tallow - Rosemary & Pink Peppercorn

This beef tallow looks, cooks and tastes very high quality. The seasoning is noticeable but very nuanced. I’ve used it in a handful of dishes so far and it adds great depth that tastes very clean at the same time. I actually did not expect to enjoy this as much as I am. I definitely recommend this product.

I have gotten this before and loved it but wished I would have gotten a different flavor this time. It's great with sliced red potatoes and Rosemary herb seasoning. Would suggest that the flavor would be more distinct or enhanced with rosemary and the pink peppercorns. Love the product but the shipping is tough on the pocket since I buy one jar at a time. Impressed with the product and the company. Thank you
