Happy with this product, can’t wait to see the benefits, no flavour to it so perfect to add to things, the calories are too scary either. Started 10 days ago and had a friend say I was ‘glowing’ without knowing.

Easy to incorporate to diet

It's part of my everyday diet, and I've been using it for over a week - I've noticed my skin became lot softer and tighter. Still to see how hair and nails respond, but I'm excited :)
