The Perfect Knife
An absolute joy to use. Precision and delicate cutting, hard vegetable chopping, comfortable and lightweight handle, this knife has it all. The blade glides gently and efficiently giving excellent control. The design by Chef Joel and the craftsmanship of Taski are a superb combination. Thank you to you both for creating this masterpiece, my kitchen is a happy place!

She’s a sharp beauty
Received my very beautiful very sharp Joel Mielle KENJI 7″ Kiritsuke knife. Used it a couple of hours after receiving, was super impressed! I’m going to truly enjoy using this amazing knife. Thank you so much Taski for the wonderful craftsmanship.
