Kanji Kiritsuke Knife

A perfect gift

Even though this was a gift to a friend, his opinion was that hasn't use such a knife before, simple but beautiful, easy to handle and razor sharp...just perfect!

Once it gets to you, its worth the wait

The mailing process could be better, i was waiting a couple weeks after royal mail emailed me to say they were expecting a parcel for me. But, when i got it, i was amazed by the design, the weight, the balance and the sharpness. I spent less than £40 on my knife but that seems cheap for what i got. After a bit of use, its still scarily sharp. The handle fits perfectly and the balance works well for quick veg prep and meat cutting. Get one!
