Classic Ikon 5" Boning Knife

I love Wusthof but. . .

I got my Wusthof Classic Boning Knife the other day. I've never had any issues with Wusthof blades. My Boning knife came super dull which has never happened. I don't mind sharpening it. My real issue is the bevel of the blade. The center of the blade it just disappears. No idea how that happens. So I'm going to have a professional fix it for me. No biggie. Just a little annoying.
