Best paring knife

This is by far the eldest paring knife I’ve owned. I was a tiny bit skeptical at first only due the the handle being smaller than I usually use but it is surprisingly awesome. I love the sleek handle, the construction of this knife is very solid as well. Cuts food like a champ!

This is my 3rd knife in the Classic Ikon series. Each time I get a new knife, I think it’s my favorite, until I get another one. Sharp as a razor blade, fits so comfortably in my hand. I’m hooked on the brand. This is a lifetime purchase, so the price is worth it!
