Genuine OEM Sync 2 to Sync 3 Upgrade

The screen, module, and hub all worked perfectly. It was a relatively simple installation after watching a few YouTube videos. Keep in mind that Sync 3 upgrade appears to require a wired connection to the new hub to enable Apple CarPlay, so don't skip that step! All OEM features were preserved after upgrade. My family is thrilled and it is a major convenience upgrade to our older Explorer. Would buy again.

Upgrade product hardware is great. Fairly easy and simple installation with the help of You Tube videos. Completely missing is help with the necessary Forscan programming settings that would enable better sound quality from the ACM. Web information on this aspect of the upgrade is scant. Product hardware is excellent
