Excellent product and service

I purchased a similar upgrade kit from a competitor based on their low price. After removing my OEM unit and installing the upgrade kit, I discovered it was DOA. I returned it and my wife suggested buying from a better company. I thought it was unlikely to get 2 bad units in a row, so I unfortunately ordered a replacement from the same company. That unit also failed to work properly. So I followed my wife's advice and found good reviews for Intelligent1tech and a competitive price. The unit arrived on time and was packaged much better than the previous company. I ordered the upgrade screen along with the regular kit, and your customer service substituted the upgrade screen for the original and refunded the difference and contacted me to confirm that I didn't need 2 screens - even though that is what I ordered. Outstanding customer service going above and beyond and you didn't have to do that !! After receiving all the components, I installed the upgrade kit without any problems. Everything fit properly and everything works as it should ! On top of that, I thought, based on other upgrade kits that I reviewed including the 2 failed units from another company, that I would lose the split driver/passenger climate controls - but your kit with the replacement climate controller maintains my original split control. The upgrade screen looks fantastic and works great and I spent less money than I anticipated. I could not be more pleased. Outstanding experience with Intelligent1tech !! Thank you.

Ford Explorer 4" display to 8.46" display must buy

I was a bit skeptical at first because it is an expensive purchase specially in a website that I had not used before. However, these people are the real deal! I purchase and everything came in and even though one of the pieces got damage during shipping they replaced it immediately. On top of that they have the BEST and I mean the BEST customer service. Their response time when you have a question is like less than a minute I promise. I had an issue with the programming and the technician spent like 5 minutes with the car over a TeamViewer call and solved all the issues. If you are questioning if you should buy this, please do you won't regret it.

Incredible Kit!

I was cautious about buying such an expensive product from a company that didn't have many reviews, and I was curious as to why the product was so much cheaper than the competition. After reading in to the company more I decided to buy this and I couldn't be happier with the result. Installation took about two hours, and the programming afterwards was quick and easy with the employees being beyond helpful. I'm so happy with the result that I bought a kit for me to install into my sister's car, I hope this review helps!
