Very happy with the finished product! NOT your average DIY project on Escape models. This is an Installer/ Technician level job. All parts, electrical & structural, are included with this package. Skill to do it is up to installer. William Lee was AWESOME in assisting with any & all missing pieces of the puzzle. It was like I had a "virtual" technician sitting in the passenger seat with me. Works great, very difficult

First of all, the customer service is incredible from this company. The process of installing this system was very difficult. It’s easy to be a beginner and install the system into an explorer or an F150, but the escape’s system requires much more effort. This process ended up taking a couple of days, with a lot of trial and error, as well as some custom pieces made so that the system would sit in the car properly. This system will require some expertise that the others don’t, but the product works incredibly well. I hope this helps!
