BIOHAZARD RING

The ring itself was really cool and well made but it didn't fit. The customer service was also horrible. The size 9 was too small and I got the protection plan so exchanged it for a size 10 after sizing my finger, but the 10 was still too small. After that I tried to exchange it for an 11 but tracking never said it got to them so I emailed support about it. They say they have it and it's in the queue so I wait. I'm still waiting and it's been three weeks. I have contacted support but they just replied with the same message over and over again "it usually takes 7-10 days" and I get that but it's been 3 weeks. Not only has it been 3 weeks but I also haven't been updated on anything and the ring still says it's in stock. The first ring I ordered from this company was perfect, it came quickly, communication was great, size was perfect, and I wear it everyday. But this is getting a little ridiculous and I'm becoming more and more frustrated. I can't see myself purchasing from hj again..

Quality feels amazing and both looks and feels so good. Will def buy here again even though shipping costs a lot to sweden.
