Customer service has been horrible they take days to answer and do not honor their offer . I received this ring and it came with a buy another get one free they did not honor it and speaking with customer service it take 3-5 days to get an answer with no resolution. So i took my business elsewhere to gasper and the quality difference is undeniable . Kelyoz is a cheap knock off custome jewelry . Dring has no weight and feels very cheap . Do not recommend due to their cheap product , takes 2 weeks to receive order and terrible customer service .
