One of my rings came damaged and although I thoroughly checked the sizing by using the ring sizer in the website they were all way too small. The package also originated from china. Customer service was horrific and I am still awaiting my refund although my return (which I paid postage out of pocket for) was delivered over 3 weeks ago. They have lied to me about having processed the refund and when I asked for bank confirmation (after not receiving refund for over two weeks) they back tracked and said the refund will be processed now. I was given the option for replacements but would need to pay $15 PER RING to receive them, even for the one that came damaged.
