Ordered a small per the size chart for my friend who I measured the waist to be 31 inch (and super tiny butt). The boxer looks like it’s made for someone way smaller than per the size chart. Go up one size if you buy. They feel soft to the touch and fabric is not too thick. He will gift it to a friend as it cost the price of a new one to mail for exchange.
