40AA fits nicely.
I measure a 38B, though the band is too tight and the 40A cup didn't fit right, so took a chance with a 40AA and its not too tight and the cup fit great.

Size too small and material is pretty thin
When I bought bras from VS/LS, I bought size 32B because it's what the sales associate measured me. The problem with buying from these big companies is the bra cup gap, it's always there even if I bought push-up bras. With Pepper, I followed their measuring instructions seven times and after referring to their sizing chart, I am a 30A which is quite different from what I'm used to but decided to follow it since Pepper bras are made for women like me. After ordering this product and trying it on, turns out that it's really small on me/the wrong size. I can't get the back lock straps meet and the cup coverage was smaller than my liking. The bra material is also thin and I personally did not like that as I feel like it can get wrinkled after a few washes or my nipples' outline might show through the bra; it's also not cheap so I was expecting more material for what I was paying for. Unfortunately, I bought this bra on its clearance sale so I have a bra laying around that no one's going to use.

Great bra - exactly as promised. It really makes the most of my small boobs such that I actually have cleavage. I’d given up on underwire, but this really is so comfortable, I can hardly believe there is wire in there.
