So soft and great quality! I love everything I have bought from Tommy John!

I am in my 70’s , 5’4”, 114 pounds, athletic. I normally wear clothing in size 4-6. The Cool Cotton Briefs are replacement for my old air briefs. The fabric is smooth and comfortable to wear. I prefer my Tommy Johns in size M (8-10). They fit nicely without rolling or riding up. I would say for women of a particular age that the briefs run small.
