100''-200'' Matte White Screen

Return Requested

I sent an email for a return request following the instructions on the website. It said I would get a response is 48 hours. It's been 4 days and no response. Can I return it please? It's unopened in it's original packaging.

Package was damaged but everything was inside. Inner frame had minor damages (two small dent) easy fix, no reason to send it back. Screen corners are a bit wrinkle. I will wait a week or two then will stretch again. Good customer service. Mr. Franc from support division was on top of the damage box issue. Thank God nothing was missing. Product is made in China not in the USA -hum!
