Called today, January 29th, and talked with Kristen. Voiced my concern re 3 months natural facelift not apparent. Know there are many variables and could I try another 3 months and if not satisfied, return the used 6 bags and receive a refund. She told me no problem just return the empty bags if not satisfied for a full refund. So, another three months and may I truly see some results.
