Purple/Pink Passionfruit (Lilikoi)

I'm so glad to have discovered a way to get high quality tropical fruit here in the rainy PNW. I gave some away to family members because there was too much for me to consume in two weeks (my husband does not appreciate the texture of passionfruit!). However, that was probably unnecessary because I've been eating 4-5 of these every day!

Delicious! Every time!

I love the passion fruit, I add it to my smoothies.
