I enjoy the unit but have a few issues. I feel the arm i attach needs to be longer. When I unhook I feel there is limited space between me and the bar I hold onto .. Also the machine pulls me forward putting pressure on my knees. Woke up today and my right knee was sore. Will play with foot position and see if I can elevate.. you asked

Great piece of gear but as always Ben better customer service! We have used the machine for about a week now that we made some adjustments to get full function of the machine. The safety bar didn’t come back far enough so we had to adjust the bearings and remove the end caps from the base. Amazing leg workout with this machine!

Just get one

1:1 load. The load on your legs feels the same as a back squat. EXCEPT no low back pain to go with it. As a “seasoned” aka old lifter it’s amazing that I can still train max effort work multiple ways and also do dynamic work all on the same machine. Add in my BOS plyo box and we have a full conjugate system. The price point is incredible for such a high quality piece. Thanks BOS for keeping an old guy grinding.
