I got the heavy duty longer ones. The first couple of uses they were very rigid but they soon softened up and they work great. They give fantastic support. They are not lightweight supports to leave on between sets for the entire gym session. The thicker ones I got are serious wraps for use during the lifts only, which is what I wanted. Just got a pb on my bench with these. Exactly what I was after.

I purchased the Competition 70cm pair and they are great. Very high quality and provide a ton of support. I would highly recommend them!
