​I’ve been piecing together my home gym for over a year now, but I held off on buying a bench because I wanted something commercial-grade without having to pay commercial gym prices. After tons of research, I went with the Bells of Steel Buzz Saw Bench, and WOW—it completely exceeded my expectations. The moment you unbox this thing, you realize how heavy-duty it is. The steel tubing is massive, the welds are clean, and there is zero wobble—even when pressing heavy. You feel 100% locked in and safe. The vinyl pad has just the right amount of firm support with plenty of grip. No slipping around mid-set, which makes a huge difference when digging your shoulders in for heavy bench days. Despite being built like an anvil, the front handle and rear wheels make moving it around the rack effortless. This bench single-handedly brought my entire home gym together. It bridged the gap between a "garage setup" and feeling like I’m training in a top-tier commercial facility. If you’re on the fence, just buy it—Bells of Steel absolutely nailed the design, stability, and price point on this one. 10/10!

2 month review: Solid bench

It feels extremely safe and sturdy and it's great for guys with average height. Assembly is doable with one person. Leg attachments are easy to swap in and out and feel great with a good range for adjustability. The padding is also superb. The bench can be moved easily with the handle but once you slap on the adapter for the leg attachments, be careful since there's no good way to really grip the bench for moving. Wearing shoes is the way for this bench because you don't want your heels to hit the metal. Great design by Bells and I preferred this over the REP Nighthawk, no regrets.

Buzz- Saw heavy duty adjustable bench with adaptor and leg curl/ extension attachment

We wanted a sturdy bench that would provide both incline and decline bench capability plus have the capacity for a quality leg extension/ leg curl attachment. Wheels and a handle were a must as space in our garage gym( like everyone else’s) is at a premium so moving it and storing it upright were also capabilities that were desired. The buzz saw bench with the adaptor and the leg curl/ extension met all our criteria. Very solid equipment. In order to use both the adaptor and utilize the handle I had the adaptor drilled to accommodate the handle by a machine shop. Perhaps in the next iteration of the adaptor these holes could be pre-drilled in the BoS design? The handle is very useful in tight spaces as the buzz saw is not only sturdy but heavy. The only other issue I needed to work around was the adaptor leg is a bit lower than the two side legs making the bench with the adaptor attached rock a bit. Easily resolved by attaching small rubber squares under the two side legs. Overall a nice addition to our gym. Thanks BoS.
