Flute arrived in good condition however, the leather tie was damaged and they agreed to replace it. I was a bit disappointed because the volume on this flute in F is not as good as my other flutes and the key of A or C. The craftsmanship of the flute itself is excellent and all the Notes are accurate. This flute because of the length of it is a bit more difficult to play because of the wider finger holes.
