Smooth and slightly sweet...

Smooth and slightly sweet tasting. Every now and then Equator offers a coffee I really like, and this is one of them. I hope their supply lasts for a while because I am going to order this again.

A Most Unusual Cup...

It took more than a first sip to adjust to the flavor of this unusual coffee. The expected light roast surprised me with unexpected notes of dark roast, the absence of fruit, and a complex smokiness. I'm still processing this unusual cup.

Much respect for the big bean

Great big bean needs a few extra seconds to grind. Maybe 15 seconds total in my grinder. Very delicious and fine flavors
