Ivor pro 2 grill

Again, I’ve made 3 purchases from GW Store and all of them were busting out of the box. My Ivor Pro 2 has a bent handle from again the extremely poor packaging. Cmon guys do better. I understand shipping can go wrong sometimes but you guys don’t take any precautions whatsoever. I paid 1400 and change. My money was good, not so your grill.
