I wanted something I coukd wear hotel pool side or at an open air bar and that woukd help with reading some of the smaller menus or piddling on my phone in the shade. These fit my face and my style while providing the function I needed.

Lens Darker Than Last Pair

This is my second pair of Metamodernist Scouts. My former pair lost a lens, and since outside of warranty, I was given 20% off of a new pair. I had to wait over a month to reorder as they were out of stock, that is how much I LOVE these glasses (one of my 8 pairs of Caddis progressives). When they finally arrived, the green tint was a bit darker than my last pair (I still have the pair missing a lens for comparison). I am ok with the green tint, but I know I will prefer a more clear lens so I sent back to exchange for the “classic” lens. Pay attention to the choices as they seem to vary per frame. A bit of work, but worth it as I have never received so many compliments.
