Incredible!!! Spicy Dark Caramel Sauce

This is literally the BEST ice cream sauce I have ever tasted! I even sneak a spoonful at times because the taste is so satisfying, rich and creamy. The spicey Notes make it even better, as do what feels like occasional toffee(?) bits spread lightly throughout.
