Disappointed (again)

I was excited to receive the boots but as I initially tried them on, I noticed that the heel was leaning backwards. In sum, I was able to determine that the heel was to short for the boot. Also, the padding in one of the boots was almost completely unglued. As much as I wanted to love them, I returned them (at my own expense) for these defects (still waiting for the refund to be processed). Sadly, this is not my first purchase from Vinci that has failed to meet expectation. I believe their products are way overpriced for what is received. I will not be purchasing from this company in the future.
