Sharp decline in quality
I bought my first round of Taft boots a few years ago and they have been nothing short of great. I recently bought this pair to replace another after a bad storm. The difference in build quality is crazy, this new pair has plastic/nylon where there was once leather and the overall construction of the boot feels so much cheaper.

Glorious!
I bought these a while back, as a Christmas surprise for my husband. He subsequently bought 3 other pairs, all his first Taft shoes & boots. We are both thrilled with the quality, craftsmanship, gorgeous looks, and top notch customer service and shopping experiences we’ve had with Taft in 2024 - and look forward to returning many times! He is wearing these boots and the Florence pair he purchased, just about every day - and they are both completely glorious looks! Also very comfortable I hear :) Cheers and Happy New Year Taft Team!
