Im really thankful for reaching Belle, she managed to solve the issue in the best way possible, definately the type of support that a client deserves, thanks!!!! Regarding the glasses, to be truly honest, I purchased the previous ones back in 2016 (early adopter) and comparing to this ones the quality of the glasses are much worse. This ones are full plastic while the previous ones where made from a better quality, even the case is worse. And regarding the "view" with the glasses I find it "OKAY". I still don't see the colors as they should be, I do see little differences but that's it. I don't think they are worth it. I was expecting them to be a life changing experience and was not even close :(
