From order on Sunday to delivery on Friday and that was only the start of my experience. Everything was packed well, and all parts necessary for installation, with the exception of the electrical wiring was included. Flexibility in line set selection was one of the factors I used in determining that TOSOT was the Brand for me. I’ve had the units running for four days, no issues whatsoever. I am enjoying using the app to control the items, and monitor electrical usage. If I could give it more than five stars I would.

Ongoing but good. Could use more info on turning head compression lines to the right. Bending the lines. Overall units (s) are preforming better than expected.
