Never Received My Items - No Refund or Help Given

I was so excited to receive my new items from Juno Active but after many many weeks - actually nearly a month - of back and forth communication between me and customer service, I learned that they would not help me with a refund and sent me to file a claim with UPS who will not file a claim. I’m pretty disappointed I spent so much money only to have some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and no new items to try out!
