I just started using phenolic shot. The taste is a little on the bitter side so I just add the tablespoon to my fresh salad. I'm hoping that it's just as healthy to take it that way. I've been enjoying all of your products for a couple of years now . The Mediterranean spice is the best👌 too.

So fresh and peppery! I drizzle over my favorite breakfast (sheeps yogurt, pepitas and pomegranate), salads, roasted veggies, you name it. I only wish it came in a bigger bottle for more servings per month 😊
