I pour the bag into this jar and take a tablespoon every day in my morning healing potion. I love the taste. I make my sour dough gluten free challah with the flour too. I and my family and community look forward to Fridays for the bread and the ceremony. I wish the company would share a handful of seeds so we could begin growing tartary flour on our wee urban farm in Santa Fe, NM.
