Plant died and refused replacement

I ordered 3 different plants and one arrived just about dead so I focused on that one. It came back to life, but then I noticed my dragon fruit plant was rotting. I have other dragon fruit plants in the same pot perfectly healthy so I know it’s not my set up. I let them know 2 months ago and they have some sort of AI responder that immediately emails back details on care to push these things off. Well, I tried them and it didn’t work. It was growing new life so I had hoped to at least be able to propagate one of the plant didn’t make it. That ended up not happening because everything ended up rotting away and it even spread to one of my other plants so I assume it was a disease. I emailed them and they refused replacement because I didn’t report it within 48 hours despite my many emails months ago keeping them updated about the plants.

She went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable visit, answering all my questions with enthusiasm and sharing fascinating insights about the farm. The entire experience was seamless, and the farm itself is a gem—beautiful, well-maintained, and full of charm. Lucy’s exceptional service truly made my day, and I can’t recommend Everglades Farm enough! I’ll definitely be back!

Never will order from this seller again!!!

Ordered 2 dragon fruit plants. It took 3 days to just ship my order. When I received my order it was not packaged well, box was smashed and when I opened it plants was not as showing on picture at all. You can see pictures attached. I would stay away from this seller!!! Not worth my money it was $29 for each. Never will order from this seller again!!! Not deserve even 1 star.
