My second pair. They are comfortable right out of the box. First pair is the 6 in pair I use for work. I’ve put a couple hundred miles on them and they barely look used. The coyote 8 in I just got and have already put a few miles on them but they’ll get plenty. Wide toe box and comfortable well made boot.

TLDR: Expensive, very light coyote brown, durable, comfortable 90 miles in, so still brand new. The bottom of the boot has nice meaty tread and are thick, which is a nice change from my Oakley boots. They’re lighter than I first thought, in both ways. Your coyote brown is on the lightest side I can probably get away with. The boot weighs less than they look like they do as well. They are really comfortable. The only part that seems like it needs breaking in is the back of the boot. I love how you can cinch the boot as tight as you want it. It’s like the eyelets are in the best spots possible. I bought these boots for the wide toe box, it has it. There is also a plastic liner around the toe box, keeps the shape and provides that little bit more protection. The design of the boot looks standard issue, until you have them next to one another. I see this as a plus. There is a slight arch inside, which barely bothers my one flat foot. Not a con for most people that ruck. Just something I noticed. Breather vents on the sides, are a smart feature. Really enjoying them. I’d like them to be cheaper, but it is quality.

So far not bad
This is my first pair of military boots. They are extremely comfortable and feel very solid and stable every step no matter the terrain. My only issue with them so far has been small blisters on the insides of my heels. The more I wear them, the less of problem this becomes though. Probably a combo of needing the break them in and get my feet used to them. Definitely run a little bit larger, but I know that is intentional for rucking boots.
