I’ve been a loyal Victoria Beckham Beauty customer for several years and absolutely love your products. The fragrance itself is beautiful and I’m very happy with it. My only disappointment was the packaging, which didn’t quite feel as luxurious or refined as I had expected from the brand. Given the beautiful, high-end aesthetic across your campaigns and social media, I was expecting the physical experience to feel equally premium. A little more attention to the packaging quality would make the fragrance feel truly complete.
