GENIUS DISPENSER!

This powder will remind you of K Murphy's Powderpuff--great product for those of us who have fine hair that sometimes lacks lift. What is genius about Eleven's Volume Powder (in addition to the powder itself) is the dispenser. Rather than shake a very fine product into the base of your hair, you use a pump spray. This allows a very specific amount to go just where you want it. Brilliant!
