Sidi is sidi. The fit is always spot on.
Simple shoe with not too many accessories which is fine.
I’ve always enjoyed the sidi lacing system.
I’m always between sized as I would size myself a 9.75.
I did try the 43.5 as I think it would have been too tight. I have a medium foot and my toe wiggle room is prefect. I’ve got room for a slightly thicker sock. The sole doesn’t have any ventilation so it might be a hot shoe for extreme hot summer weather. I’m thinking of ordering another pair just because it’s a sweet deal. Always been a sidi fan starting with all leather cycle titanium shoe!!! Took three drill bits to fit look cleat back in 1985.!!!
