Would love if the leg extensions were longer for people that are six three or bigger but definitely feels nice on the lower back The keyboard stand is by far my favorite feature to lock me in at the desk overall the lumbar support is good The next support it had support could be a little bit better but overall for the price you can't beat the chair hopefully there's more upgrades to this chair in the future to make it even more ergonomic and to surpass expectations maybe a chair made specifically for larger people or taller people overall very satisfied I purchased a different brand $1,200 chair that has a massage function in the back and I prefer this chair over that chair Great job team!

I gave this 4 stars because the optional add-on items were delivered separately one by one, rather than coming with the chair as one package. For next Newtral chair I'd like to see the following functions: 1. Give the seat a lockable depth adjustment or have an option for a larger seat. 2. Give the seat a lockable tilt function. 3. Make the optional arm rests softer. Currently, they are too hard. 4. Make the optional head rests tilt left and right.
